BEN ROSKI – Refund Policy

1. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are available for eligible stock items purchased online only, if:

  • Item is unused, in original packaging, with no signs of wear or alterations
  • Refund requests are made within 7 days of delivery

2. Non-Refundable Items

No refunds for:

  • Custom-made jewelry like Grillz, charms, chains, rings, watches
  • In-store purchases (different policy applies)
  • Items damaged by misuse or improper handling

All custom orders require a non-refundable deposit of 40% payment before production and full payment once completed.

3. Defective or Incorrect Items

Report within 48 hours of delivery to mkjewelersonline@gmail.com or via phone/WhatsApp with photo/video proof.

Possible resolutions:

  • Replacement
  • Exchange
  • Refund (if eligible)
